I have hired Ken to do some pipe work. Paid him the full amount up front because he made an impression of a honest guy. He showed up and did the first half of the job and was supposed to come back to finish after I pass an inspection. The City inpector cleared me to continue the project, that is when Ken simply disappeared. He would not pick up or return the multiple voice mails I left on his maschine.
