Wanting to redo all the closets in my home, I called Cucamonga Closets and was scheduled for a consultation meeting with Rick Nelson. I made this appointment almost 1 month in advance so the timing was more convenient for my schedule. However, the appointment was not kept on the scheduled date and I did not receive a phone call from Mr. Nelson explaining why he could not keep our appointment nor asking to reschedule for another date and time. I called to find out what happened and although he remembered speaking with me, Mr Nelson was apparently on vacation.
