We had a pool built in 2010 by Bob Smith of Blue Haven Pools, sold to us by Steve Owens. Problems started from day one! Once completed our pool leaked! The leak progressed to the point we were leaking 4 inches a day! Blue Haven Pools (Bob Smith) refused to come out and do anything to find the leak. They blamed the water loss on evaporation. We had to hire American Leak Detectors to come out and find the leak. It was a broken pipe in the floor system. Blue Haven refused to stand by their warranty. We finally had to go to mediation, per their contract.
