Buyer Beware: In December I place an online order for a Frost River Duffel bag for an upcoming trip I was taking. After a couple of weeks of hearing nothing, I called to check the status. I was told that the Manufacture was closed for the holidays and they could not guarantee it would arrive in time for my trip, so I cancelled the order. I have now been waiting over two months for a refund and nothing.
