If you make the mistake of calling these folks be prepared for a really rude and mean spirited conversation with a man who has no business being in business. Ask the wrong question or say the wrong thing and you get a petulant and immature business person who has no business answering the phone. The next time I need engraving, I will call anyone but this guy. It is because of people like this people send their work off shore. Save your ear and your time, call someone who wants your business, not this guy.
