Derek at Biztek Solutions takes fantastic care of our office. He made sure our IT was moved seamlessly when we changed locations. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are all informed of the changes he is making, how we can prevent problems in the future, and how to save money by not needing to have him back! He also designed a website we can finally be proud of! We are able to make changes to the website ourselves which saves us more time and money.
