never rent these apartments!!!!!!! their suppose to be for low- income families and they charge as much as a condo in downtown houston!!!! not to mention- they invade your privacy every 3 mths. to do inspections..and also nickle and dime you for every little thing..( like regular maintence work)THEY CHARGED ME TO SHAMPOO MY CARPET AFTER LIVING THERE OVER A YEAR-AND SIGNING A NEW YEAR LEASE...SOMETHING OTHER PROPERTIES DO OUT OF COURTESY!!!! CRAZY!!! THIS PLACE DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1-5 STAR RATING...! THEIR ROBBING EVERYBODY BLIN
