Phillip is awful. Warning! Warning! Warning! Unethical practices such as this are reason for some serious regulation in this industry. This guy completely abuses his authority and is lazy. He hides behind his computer unless your a woman and other reviews suggest inappropriateness. Save yourself and your families from him. I am speaking from first hand experience. Please be deligent in your search for an ethical counselor. It is critical to your family's well-being. Good luck! :)
