Nearly every realtor I encountered in my search for the right apartment in Carroll Gardens was having a tough time working with my budget or requirements. Ideal's agents and management in general were not only genuinely nice people - which I thought was very important for realtors since so many are just after your money and couldn't care less where you end up living, they were also friendly, effective and knowledgeable. I was working with a pleasant guy named Dave and we even ended up sharing our taste in music (Dave's professional background, prior to real es
