This is a predatory towing operation - plain and simple. They break the law and only suck the blood out of the business community. My 21 yr old daughter, while on lunch break from her job as a childcare worker,, was victimized by these thieves. We called the Towing commission to tell our story and make a complaint. They verified that their agenda was illegal. They hover in the shadows like buzzards preying on local shoppers. It's no wonder no one wants to patronize local businesses anymore. There's no parking to start with - and if you're lucky enough to find
