Review
I purchased a new AC unit and thought everything would be fine wih CMI. No problems with installation. But forget service after the sale. It was so loud when the fan would run. Couldn't get a decent answer from CMI when I asked why so I just put up with it. Then over the winter it wouldn't heat my condo. Had tech over several times to look at unit. I got every excuse from -- it's a colder than normal winter (really?, really?) so why are all of my neighbors who bought new AC units from other companies nice and warm? Or how about it's the wrong size unit%3
