Terrible. Do not order from this place. When you spend $40 on 2 peices of fruit and a balloon you are not paying for the item, you are paying for the surprise to your loved one. I called them 3 times to be sure it got there by the time my husband got off but they failed to deliver it before he got off. So I had to tell him to stay at work 30 mins late and ruin the surprise. The manager didn't even offer a refund. This customer service is horrible and items are very overpriced.
