DO NOT USE this establishment for ANY of your real estate needs. This office is downright Dishonest and incompetent. My wife and I bought a house using Brann Williams Caldwell & Sheetz, 3 years ago. We PAID them to run a title search. What we received was LIES. We were told their search came back free and clear. We were then issued a legal signed certification stating the title's free and clear status. As it turns out, the previous owner hadn't paid an inheritance tax.
