Very disappointed in customer service! After hearing about this lighting store from friends who were happy customers, we were excited to visit. What a disappointment! As one of five customers in the store with at least two sales personnel standing at the counter, we were appalled we received NO assistance during our 40 minutes spent in the store. We even took time to look through catalogs on our own when we were unable to locate what we were looking for. Southern Lights Inc. in Burnsville, MN took fantastic care of us. I would recommend them to anybody looki
