I personally have dealt with Jennifer for 2 years and she is wonderful as well as the other staff. Now just as any other person in her field when it comes to collecting payments if you pay on time you have no problems but once you default they have to be very firm. I have never defaulted in the two years with them but as finaces are a problem for everyone I have with others an yes it may seem as if they are coming across nasty but as with anyone with a job she is just doing hers. Jennifer is GREAT so is Tina, Tom and the rest of the crew. I would reccomend them to any on
