They knew immediately what the problem was when I described the problem we were having. Ryan told me exactly what network drivers needed to be installed, and that it could be done in 10 minutes. I had already had it checked elsewhere so I knew he was right about the network drivers. The time it took and price was a shocker! Only 10 minutes? And it was absolutely a 1/10th of what the other guy wanted to fix it. It works beautifully....there's a lot of happy people at our house. Thanks Ryan!
