Chuck was there for us when our computer just quit working after a storm that caused a power outage. I thought my computer was toast and was on my way to look for a new one when I saw his shop and it was open, WOW I saved hundreds of dollars because of that one stop. Chuck was able to scan the system and clean it up, re-boot, and re-program it without loosing our valuable data. Not only once but three times thanks to our wonderful Wisconsin power outages. I would recomend his service to any one who uses computers and lacks the knowledge to self fix the many things that can
