My experience would be summed up by writing this firm has no follow up %u2013 Rating themselves as a top ten is deceitful at best tried to work with one of their tenured agents failed at every opportunity - limited offerings to any careers %u2013 Maybe once they held this ranking but at best a total laggard in 2012 - Michelle Masterson is the agent to avoid as she always promises- never any delivery and only excuses to her failures -Recommendation avoid this firm as management even failed to respond
