THIS PLACE IS BRAND NEW...WHAT A JOKE!! THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, ITS LIKE HAVING YOUR NEIGHBOR IN YOUR APARTMENT. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS THE WORST!!! THEY DO PATCH WORK AND HAVE TO COME BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN. WHICH IS CRAZY BEING THAT THERE IS ONLY 1 MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR(WHO RESIGNED IN FEB,2011) AND 1 HELPER. THE APARTMENT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL BUT THERE ARE CRACKS AND UNFINISHED WORK EVERYWHERE. MICE/RATS WILL INVADE YOUR APARTMENT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO RID THEM.
