A Japanese Martial Arts School of Jujutsu, Sword and Shiatsu. Training in Jujutsu and Sword is not a sport and it has no tournaments or competitions. Practice is done with a partner who help each other learn and improve, cultivating a supportive environment. Consistent practice improves one's physical conditioning, balance, flexibility and one's mental state. Your self-confidence, concentration, and alertness improves. It will teach you how to focus your mind, body, and spirit into a greater sense of purpose.
