He doesn%u2019t have a good understanding of the human anatomy (body) whatsoever. His unkempt home office consists of stray cats outside his apartment building and cats inside his home. There are dirty needles in a basket in open view. When he put the needles in, it hurt. That is not supposed to happen. He doesn%u2019t know what he is doing at all.
