This is the first time I've ever written a review and the reason why I've taken time out of my day to write this is because I am disappointed with the way my black suit jacket was supposibly "dry cleaned". My once black silky jacket ended up faded and stiff.When I brought this to the owners attention he treated the matter,to my standards, very unproffesional. I am a woman of business and know what proffesionalism is. He made no effort to reslove the problem.I didn't ask for anything other then an apology and aknowledgment that his establishment did not do a go
