Advance Tree Services did not complete our tree limbing job. We hired Marcelo Ramos of Advance Tree Services on 19-SEP to limb a tree damaged in Hurricane Irene, with a damaged limb hanging dangerously over our neighbor's driveway and house. Unfortunately we prepaid Marcelo with the assumption he would complete the job as he described.. The tree has been limbed, but as of 28-SEP he has not removed the large waste limb/branch pile left on the lawn. After several daily phone calls where he promised "to clean it up today", he has now stopped returning call
