What is Required will include; 1)Router crack 3/4 inch wide and deep at least. 2) Power crack jet torch in the cracks, etching the walls and instantly drying any moisture. 3) Open crack will receive rubber heated at 400 degrees . This banding process fills the void and provides 2 to 3 inch over band, sealing the area and keeping out water, our number 1 enemy. (4 Black silica sand is applied over the tacky rubber providing a barrier that will allow traffic over the area almost instantly. *We do not use unsightly toilet paper on filled cracks. Our product meets or exceeds Min. Dot. specs for roadway crack filler. (best stuff there is.) Broken Areas and Low spots / pot holes can not only cause damage to vehicles in your parking lot, it holds water and does not look good. it will cause increasingly more costly damage to the asphalt and foundation. * Seal Coating ( when applied correctly, and using premium product ) can last for years and years dramatically reducing the amount of damage done by our enemies of asphalt pavement.
