Harris Land Surveying offers complete land surveying services for the public including residential, commercial and/or industrial properties. Products may include boundary surveys and maps, topographical survey and maps, mortgage and/or title surveys, subdivision plats, legal descriptions, American Land Title Surveys (ALTA), straight line services as well as the addressing of easements and consulting work. Deliverables can be provided in paper and/or digital formats. Services will be offered based on an hourly rate and cost estimates may be provided as calculated by the approximate time needed to complete the survey and any applicable out-of-pocket costs.
