Neighbor regularly uses their service. Yesterday the driver parked the cab directly in front of my driveway. I waited for a moment, the cab driver didn't move. I pulled closer behind the cab. Nothing. I opened the garage door. Nothing. I honked the horn. Nothing. I got out and told her she needed to move. I wast told that I was rude and she would move when she was done.
