Review
Not licensed but Dennis has been in Phoenix area apparently for over 40 years so everyone knows him. He offers a great price, might be a little higher than some no name guy, but he did a great job with my place, inside and out. Power spray outside, good paint, told me what was going on over the 3 days he was over. Well worth the money. He asks for referrals and I have no trouble giving him one to all my neighbors and friends. I'd use him for my 2nd house coming up in December.
