I have enjoyed Mark Wischhusen's cooking previously at Lucille's in the Old City and at several other catered events. He again outdid himself for our office's 2010 Christmas party this year. He served his famous roux-based onion soup, jumbo shrimp, thin-sliced flank steak, hot artichoke dip, and the most amazing dark chocolate ganache with fresh cranberries and fresh whipped cream. This was by far the best food we've had catered. This was on a shoestring budget, too. Mark Wischhusen is the best caterer in Knoxville, in my opinion. I highly recommend.
