-this is Regarding the apartment complexs that are owed by roscoe properties. I was a tent there for 2 years and have had enough. They would barge into my apartment with no notice to so it, with out even knocking. They lied about bills so that charges would accumlate on bills not paid so you would owe $40 on a 5 dollar rent bill that you were never informed to pay. The maintance for the apartments are horrible, no one would ever come out to fix the leaks in apartment or the rodent and ant problems.
