With a background in graphic design, a love of "unconventional" ways, and an unstoppable attitude Shannon created and brought life to Starry Night Bakery three years ago. New this fall (November 2005) Shannon will be launching the bakery into not only a coffeehouse, but also a "desserterie". A welcoming place to relax, indulge and be pampered thru great espresso and fine plated desserts. This is definitely a haven catering to an older, not so teething crowd. Don't worry you won't have to hunt us down again. Same place just expanded into vacant space right next to the existing bakery!! Daily specials on Coffee, Smoothies and plated desserts as well as our new "Coffee'Holics" retail gift shop are sure to draw a crowd. SNB will be keeping more whole cakes readily available for last minute gatherings, and as always orders are suggested for your planned events. I was meeting a friend at Starry Night for the first time. I really wasnt excited about meeting at a coffee house. Thoughts going through my mind were boring, cold, unfriendly. But, I went anyway. As I walked through the door I was taken back by the decor. The name says it all. Night skies with glowing stars met me as I entered.
