We are a family owned and operated new home builder, serving South Central Pennsylvania as well as Carroll & Frederick Counties in Maryland. As a third-generation builder, we have experience with single family homes, elevator condominiums, townhouses plus commercial construction, build-out and maintenance. History of Curtis Piper I worked construction during summers and holidays while in high school and attending Mount Saint Mary's University. Upon graduation I started a homebuilding company with my father in the New Oxford, Pennsylvania area. We built quality homes out of steel framing, which we learned in commercial construction. We later decided to build "Engineered Homes", meaning "I" Joist floor systems, engineered wood trusses and 2 X 6 exterior walls.
