our washing machine broke. Someone from this company was suppose to come to take a look at it between 4-7 pm. Got a call from a repair person 6:45. He asked what kind of nose the machine was making and when I couldn't describe it he said it must be a transmission. Gave me a quote over the phone and said that there is no point for him coming to take a look. Called a different business the next day, the person came on time. The problem turned out to be broken coupling and the repair was $100 cheaper than I was told by Appliance Services.
