Shorty's is a relatively new diner in Buffalo; they serve the usual steaks and burgers of every restaurant. For high prices that are NOT worth it. The AC is always turned off, the view you have of the kitchen from the dining area shows it to be messy and chaotic. The owner and chef, Deven, has been known to talk loudly about the customers in a severely negative way (while they are dining). On the bright side, they decorated well. My advice? Go to the Buffalo Diner just down the road. Everyone else does.
