I brought my laptop to them to find what was wrong (was expecting it to never work again). It turns out that the motherboard was bad but they found that a recall on my computer was in effect. They took care of everything including saving my data, sending it to the manufacturer and back. My laptop is as good as new and it cost me hardly anything. I could not be happier. If you have a computer issue do not hesitate to see them, they are the best!
