They've had the sign up for a couple of months but no Catskill Bagel Company. I don't know who is at fault - the Dept. of Buildings, the Dept. of Health or some really dumb investor. Somebody should take responsibility for this space. It is an eyesore on Cortelyou Road. Either get it opened or put it up for rent and find someone who knows how to open a restaurant.
