Review
After getting tint done I noticed scratches on the way home. I called and asked if I should immediately bring it back. After redoing the tint there were still scratches. After pointing them out Scott got upset that I was being too picky and insisted he would give me a refund and take the tint off. Upon taking the tint off, the defrosters were broken by the razor used to take the tint off. When the employee was asked, he insisted that he told Scott it would damage the defrosters, and Scott told him to do it anyway. We were not informed the defrosters would be broken up
