The lack of professionalism and integrity is frightening. The manager, Luis, put in my order incorrectly. When I pointed it out, he said not to worry, that he'll handwrite it in (which he did). Well, I went back to pick up my order and he recognized me as I walked in - told me that one item, the shirt that was incorrectly inputted, was now at another location. For 3 weeks he kept telling me that it was at their Aventura location, but would be back in a day or two. Finally, he admitted he lied, that he had given it to another customer. I asked him t
