To start off by saying I did everything possible to get ahold even go up and talk with these ladies. They are by far the most impossible people to deal with in a bad situation cause they are always right. I consigned a few items with them and it took me pulling teeth to get what I was owed and even had to threaten bbb with them. It took me 8 months. Not to stop there they kicked me off a fb page I didn t know they where the admins to because of this deal and talked very nasty to me. These ladies are very rude. Yes there store does smell like smoke and is also not as clean a
