Unprofessional. Rookies. Claimed to know how to service my car, but clearly had no experience. 3-day job took a month, and there were no updates unless I called. Owner is rude and obnoxious. Demanded cash for the service, in spite of signs posted saying they accept credit and checks. Do you think he felt good about the service he'd provided? Do yourself a favor and save the pain...find another shop.
