Shahla did my eyeliner a few years ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Before I had my eyeliner done my eyes always looked tired--even if I wasn't. Now I look refreshed and ready to go. I work at a salon and there is a high importance of always looking your best, which now I do. I no longer have to worry about my eyeliner melting in the hot Massachusetts weather and it saves time in the morning.
