12/21/10 Went for lunch today and the "hot food" and I use this term loosely, was very cool. Spoke to manager and he said "we were too early" that the steamers had to heat up. This was at 12:30. I was very unhappy and told him so. I didn't finish most of what was on my plate as it was too cold. I would have considered going back had I not been charged full price. I will not go back nor will I recommend to anyone to go there. Ru San's Is worth the drive.
