Review
My friend and I were at Bar 704 on Saturday the 9th of October. The manager was bartending and he made us feel very welcome. He engaged us in conversation and seemed genuinely interested in talking to us and explaining all the changes that are occuring. Although we are from DC, we will defenitely make a point of going to Bar 704 when we are in the Harrisburg area.
