dont know what that last review was all about, but i was at the new smittys bbq joint just last night and for starters the decor was very invititing, as for the ribs, they were amazing. the slab was huge. they were a little dark in color but definately not burnt to the taste. They beat out all the other rib chains by far. For an appetizer the server talked me into the fried brussel sprouts , and for someone who doesnt even like brussel sprouts they were really reallly goood. id go back just for those sprouts. the host who greeted me at the door was very pleasent,
