Sadly, they are indeed the scammers they are portrayed here and in other forums and BBB complaints. In my situation, I placed an order on his website for over $700 on a new phone. The website clearly and UNCONDITIONALLY stated that there was FREE shipping on all orders over $499, thereby qualifying me for the offer. I used a $25 online coupon which was perfectly legit since the free shipping offer did not exclude it ANYWHERE on his site. Later when I reviewed my bill, there was a FedEx shipping charge. I contacted Negri THREE times and no respon
