The first cause for concern was when Dave Johnson himself, informed me that the entire mechanism, one of THEIR plumbers had drawn out to explain to me on a previous visit, doesn't even exist! But, most upsetting of all was the way that, with the first words out of his mouth, Mr. Johnson chose to be shockingly condescending, insulting and disdainful towards me. He flat out refused to explain or discuss anything I asked and acted as if it was ludicrous to think that he should be asked to do such a thing. Before asking me to give him THOUSANDS of dollars%
