Promise Dance Academy has long been known for affordable dance classes in a family friendly atmosphere. Offering a number of styles for ages 2 through adult. Our 10th year on the downtown Square in Crown Point In, this year we honor our owner Connie Darnell born February 15, 1969 and passed away March 27, 2014. She opened Promise Dance Academy in 2004 with her vision for the studio to be a place where the love for dance is instilled in all the students. She wanted a place where parents don’t have to worry because costumes are modest, and we strive to do choreography that blesses God and honors them. Connie will be missed and we will do our best to continue the vision she had for Promise. The Promise Dance Academy has long instructed young dancers in south Lake County. Located in a charming studio directly on the downtown square in Crown Point for over 30 years, we provide a family-friendly environment and strive to promote a love for dance in all our students. At the Promise Dance Academy we are proud to have affordable lessons for two year olds through adults taught by certified instructors. Styles covered include: Tap Jazz Ballet Contemporary Tumbling Hip-Hop and many others! Our competition dance team, Dancers of Promise, travels throughout the midwest winning awards and having fun.
