Called & called. They're coming. Been 2 yrs. Pool has sink hole, ladder is rusted, concrete cracked the week after install. All is covered by warranty, except concrete, but they won't come correct the problem. We've filled the concrete cracks, but can't replace ladder or fill the sink hole in the pool floor.
