I do not recommend doing any preplanning contracts with them. My parents purchased two plots and two casket vaults in 1968 and they refuged to give any credits for changes made at the time of my father's death. I'm not even sure they included the vault for my father's Urn as we purchased a urn/vault combination. In addition, my mother was charged the full retail price for granite that is now required with each memorial and the opening and closing of the grave site.
