The owner Glenn, doesnt seem to care too much about customers...Had an issue where one of the employee's husband came out of a back room and verbally assaulted MY husband (they do know each other). He called my husband an A-Hole and said his whole family was a bunch of A-Holes. All this happened while the employee/wife stood there. She didn't say a thing to stop her husband. My husband still bought coffee (I would have left it there!!!). I emailed the owner and he said that the employee's husband was a customer (not sure how many "customers" are
