Review
The only problem I had while I lived in the apartments was inadequate parking. My trouble started when I moved out. I had already cleaned everything in the apartment before I handed in my keys. Six months after I moved out, I got a phone call from a collections agency informing me that I owed $160.00 in cleaning fees to Cambridge Landing. I was shocked! Why were there cleaning charges for my already clean apartment? All I can say is that if you move in, take pictures of everything before and after so that they can't charge you for "cleaning."
